What does it cost?

Nothing to set up! If we don't get you any customers you are not charged anything. We have different levels of service from finding you customers to organising everything.

Can I also stay with my current agents?

The big one for most new customers. Sure you can. This requires a little extra effort in setting up because we have to know which agent you advertise with locally. When customers ask for availability dates we will speak to those agents on your behalf. We work to maximise your investment.

How long does it take?

Very quick. You can have a web presence within 48 hours.

Can you describe how I get my money?

We provide and online booking facility. The money is held by us until two weeks after the apartment has been vacated by the renter. We then send the money on to you minus our commission.

Do I have to do anything?

Fill in our form and provide some pictures of your property. If you would like we can come and take some pictures of your property. Small charge may apply.
